Definitely won't be going again was at the checkout then the male cashier just said won't be a minute he walked away went to the locked door he was gone ages ,didn't even apologise for being so long he didn't even acknowledge us he then proceded to have a conversation with the cashier across from him, he was so rude ,Definitely not recommend going there

Horrible place to go shopping. the place is dirty, the shopping carts are filthy. the rotation of products is very poorly done and often find things out of date. beware of tuna pasta bake ready meal as it may give you instant diarrhea, happened a couple of times to me in different occasions. Have found in the fridge ready meals that were semi frozen when in the package say it's suitable for home freezing, how would it be suitable for home freezing after been frozen and defrosted in store???
often times all tills close and no matter how much you're buying you'll have to scan it yourself and fit a full shopping cart in a tiny self scaning machine, and have the staff making fun of you without even being discrete about it. And of course when you finally finish the ridiculous task they'll come to you in a provocative tone and say "thank you".... oh well you're welcome.... unfortunately in this country inspections don't seem to happen and places like this just run without any responsability.

I attempted to paid my shop with one card and it was declined, the gentleman working by the tills kindly helped me to pay again with a different cad and the payment went through. I later checked my accounts and it turned out that I had been charged twice for the same shop. I went back to look for advice and a solution and an extremely rude man called Sergio essentially bullied me and claimed that my bank was the problem. Horrendous manners, this man should not be allowed to face costumers

Wasn't too busy didn't find the trolleys as I entered from aside so used basket ... only 2 tiles open but checkouts was many queueing. Cashier was polite..Products hadn't longlife dates as I like to shop for a whole week and older dates were further back.. that's ok if stock turnover is fast ..
1st visit with a driver taking me there ..
Will return but have to locate bus routes from my area

Most of the time it?s dirty everywhere. The security is so rude and unnecessarily annoying. Staff is behaving everybody like they?re shoplifter.. the internet connection never works inside the store. Any bank related problem seems awkward by others while waiting. I most of the time feel annoyed whenever I come to shopping in here. So I really decided not to come to the Lidl anymore although it?s the closest one to my house anyway.
