We were visiting Oxford and got a flat tyre. Rang and spoke to the (new) Manager Bobby who offered us a slot ten minutes later and instead of a new tyre managed to fix the existing one. From noticing the flat tyre to being fixed and back on the road was less than an hour! Great professional and friendly service.

On holiday my tyre went flat. Put spare on. Phoned at 1710. You were able to sort me out with a new tyre, fit the wheel back on, and get me going again the same day, able to take the family on the planned day out the next day.

Ordered tyres online and paid for them. Went to have them fitted and sent the wrong tyres. No others suitable in stock so had to drive away on dangerous tyres. Next day fitted them as couldn't get my money back to look elsewhere for 5 days. I asked for tracking, couldn't do it as didn't have the right equipment to carry out the task so have had to go elsewhere (just as well as the cost of tracking here is VERY expensive).

Wanted a free battery check
Booked online, i arrived at the time,was told it wasn't possible and arranged another date,
Went on the date,left the car ( for a 5 minute job!!)
Came back ,was told battery fine,
I still had the problem....took it to ATS, was told I needed a new battery,
Battery fitted, problem solved,
I looked at the read out kwikfit gave me.....it had the wrong date, wrong year....THEY NEVER LOOKED AT IT!!,
He fobbed me off with an old readout

Excellent. Staff were warm , plenty of smiles and very helpful. I had a puncture and in no time it was fixed and back on the road . Thank you very much boys. Visited Kwik Fit today and I can tell you they were just Brilliant and no comparison in my opinion. A big thanks to the wonderful staff.
