The worst KFC had ever, I should have realised there was problem when all the over outlets were busy but KFC empty. Chicken dry, beans mushed together and chips awful. Never again

Very cold and soggy food but this mainly came down to only 1 person packaging food but when the self service machines go down everyone uses the 1 human till which the same person packaging was on. So when this happens, your food sits around for a good 15-20 minutes.
Need to invest in more staff especially around rush hour

Had a 3 piece meal, Bearley any chips, had chicken drumsticks not a mixture, fizzy drinks were flat and watered down, chicken salad had barley any chicken and salad was very , messy and liquid in the bottom, and the service was not very good.

I tried to pay cash at the till but the cashier didn't know how to count and gave my change only 4.01pence instead of 9.01 and I had to argue to get it back. Very poor service from incompetent staff, lack of basic life skills like counting or being polite, I spent 15min to get my order. And it looks longer when you are hungry.

Never eat here.
I brought chicken sandwich in eat after fews hours filling pain in stomach diarrhea sickness.
I got food poisoning but problem was next day I had to flight International I fly but in plane I just vomite I couldn't eat nothing.
I had diarrhea sickness.
Just after 6days I started eating normal.
Never gonna eat here.

Cold food , soggy chicken popcorn . I asked to change but thy refused to . Cashier said its not my mistake its kitchen people . Very unprofessional service . KFC is a brand but this kind of staff and their behaviour is not acceptable

Appalling that for takeaway coffee the only choice is Starbucks. As I am boycotting this firm because of its support for Israel it means I won't back here soon.

I bought it today, 04/19/2024, 4:41 PM. Family menu. There were 4 chickens less in the paper bucket. There were 6 instead of 10. I noticed it on the highway. This is unacceptable for such a serious company, it's terrible!
