Love Jojo clothes, but I have found the staff in the Summertown store inattentive, unhelpful and rude. I used to walk in and someone would hold the door open, but the last few times staff are engrossed in a conversation about sleep training their children and have no interest in serving customers. I had to struggle with the door (being heavily pregnant) and no one offered any assistance in store. Better to order online from now on!

I would give 5* always for the beautiful clothes from JoJo Maman, so my 2* was for my experience in the shop today. I absolutely understand the need for safety (I have many NHS workers in my family ~ nurses, doctor, midwife, paramedic to name a few) and key workers (myself, my husband and one of my daughters are teachers) but I felt the staff were ridiculously over the top. They were wearing face shields which was good, but even though they were wearing gloves, the staff would not touch anything that I had touched. I was actually returning something, so I did that first. I got my receipt out, which they wouldn't unfold to see the bar code (I had to do it), and then they asked me to put my return in a tray so they didn't have to touch it. I felt very uncomfortable and cross. What is the point of your staff wearing gloves, and then not serving properly. Like I say, I felt it was totally unnecessary, when so many others in the direct line take far more risks than touching something with a gloved hand. Needless to say, I left not purchasing anything.

(Translated by Google) Baby clothes / goods shop. Some cute items are perfect for celebrations. There is no such thing as a stroller or cot.

I used to really rate the Oxford store in Summertown but have been stung by a bad experience where the maternity jeans I purchased, which seemed a good fit in store, would just not stay up once I started wearing them properly. I took them to the store for a refund as they are not fit for purpose and there's no way of knowing this until you've actually worn them properly (it's not like I'm going to walk around in the store for 10 minutes to discover this fault).

The clothing is pure quality and will last until they grow out of them, then you can pass it on ad infinitum
