Brother ?- from order of st. Gregory received my laundry at around 1230 today, and had it done, clean and returned to me at van brugh house hotel by the early evening! I can?t say enough about the kindness and efficient service received whilst traveling my first time in UK at Oxford. Pretty good, but some gaps. They do basic wash/dry (per bag) which is useful. Dress shirts, jumpers, and jackets not bad. Trouser pressing is generally not well done, however, and they have a habit of putting cotton trousers in the wash instead of dry cleaning them if there is no "dry clean only" label. I had one fine pair from a bespoke tailor that shrunk an inch in the legs as a result. So Jeeves in London for anything that requires the best care and can justify higher cost and longer turnaround.

Not so good. I paid £20 to dry clean a jacket that came back stained after 4 days! and £25 for one machine load of laundry. There are cheaper places down the road.

Rude and unhelpful staff member (on duty Thursday morning June 22). I came in asking to drop off a package for UPS collection and he couldn't have been less friendly. From other reviews, it sounds like this guy is known for having a bad attitude - I'd avoid this shop going forward.

Give hand wash trousers and long jacket to clean. Both not following the instructions. He put hand wash trousers in wash machine. As he is very rude and unprofessional. Try avoide this shop.

Good location, but overpriced for the qualty of the service. I paid £20 for coat (knee lenght) dry cleaning. When I picked it up, the main stain I was worried about was gone, but the coat was left with quite a few white fluff/marks. I had to remove and brush them off myself.

Sent a parcel using the UPS drop off. Mel was amazingly helpful! She gave us an extremely courteous and friendly service, ten out of ten. We were very impressed. Give her a bonus! She deserves it!
