We had breakfast with our grandsons for their birthdays, it was very nice. The food was good, hot and served fairly quickly. Nice ambience to the place, I should imagine it would be very nice in the evening when they have live music sessions.

Weird fake vibe from the staff. Food was poor for the price. Chips tasted like they?d been kicked around the kitchen for 5 minutes before they?re served. Won?t be going back here again. No way

Very pleasant evening spent here listening to Jazz for the Sunday evening event. Staff were attentive, friendly and polite. Food was good quality. I know it's a grill, but there was a leak of vegetarian options. Would still highly recommend though!

For that "feel good" factor with authentic hospitality, you can do no better than Joe's Bar & Grill - especially on a live music Thursday night! We were in Oxford for 2 nights only and dined at Joe's both nights - on the first night we were warmly welcomed; on the 2nd night we were treated like regulars or a part of the family. We thank our Hosts and the staff who made our visit a memorable one.

I came here with my parents for brunch, and none of us were particularly hungry so we all ended up having eggs on toast. Which is why I am able to say with absolute certainty that they know how to do their eggs here; I was also pleased that our plates were warmed! I also had a delicious double macchiato which was perfectly balanced between strength and flavour. (I've been here in the past and had more substantial meals, so the 5* isn't solely based on the quality of their eggs).

Great place to eat yummy soups (a paprika and tomato soup is absolutely the best! . Unfortunately they have no dairy alternatives for your coffee, but drinks and meals are tasty.
Also, there is live jazz music once or twice a week, so definitely worth visiting for a date or with friends to chill out over a glass of wine ??

Great food, the staff team was super nice and we managed to get a spot in the sun with this warm weather. Definitely recommend!
There is a carpark about 2 min walk away from the restaurant.
