Had a lovely stayed in Jericho hotel great location. 10 mins walk to center. It?s a simple room above the restaurant, bed comfy , bathrooms renovated with shower. Breakfast isn?t included. Staff at the restaurant are very helpful, polite and welcomingCheck in - at the restaurant do not come before the restaurant open as you cannot access to your room or any facilities.Parking - on road parking around the hotel is for permit holders only so I use JustPark app, parked at William Lucy way it?s so convenient 10 mins walk by lovely canel path.Nearby activities: The old book blinders pub serve lovely French food ?? with great value.

Very bad experience, I cancelled my booking but they didn't want to refund the money. They also lied that it is booking withholding the money.

DON'T TAKE THE RISK. They cancelled our booking 3 days before our arrival due to overbooking. Alternative accommodation at such short notice was very expensive.

Rooms: room number 8 is even spacious plus the bathroom and the toilet is outside the room and the shower is horrible, little water comes out, the worst thing is that there is no reception at the hotel. I thought it was awful and very expensive.

I bit apprehensive at first due to a couple of bad comments by others. The Jericho hotel was perfect. It was clean, comfortable & central location within walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful with our needs. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in Oxford

The hotel was a nice little place to stay. Family were coming to visit so had booked the room for one night (5 people). It is less than 10 minutes' walk from Gloucester Green Coach Station. We were allowed to leave our bags in the side room in the restaurant on ground floor (perhaps because it wasn't busy). We were placed in the little apartment with two bedrooms and one shared bathroom. The rooms were clean and towels provided. Fridge-freezer, kettle, tea, coffee and biscuits also available in the rooms. I liked the Moroccan style patterned wardrobes. Only downsides included the lack of 24 hour reception but this could be similar in a way to AirBnB properties. Check-in and key is obtained from the restaurant staff which we only saw in someone else's review. The email confirmation of booking should provide this information or it should be made clearer somewhere. There was also an issue with the hot water in the bathroom sink. The tap suddenly gets very hot at random times which resulted in my sister getting burned. If they were to fix this, it would be safer for people! When we were checking out at 11am, there was no one to speak to about this as the restaurant was closed (we dropped the keys in the letterbox as advised).

This is a no frills accommodation. There?s no reception. There?s nowhere to stow luggage if you?re early. Check in is manual. You use an actual lock and key. It?s not for everyone. If you need a cheap private room with a bath, it works well. The hallways are clean and renovated. However, everything?s a little tired inside the room. Walls are thin (you will hear your neighbors).The most redeeming part is the incredible location. Jericho is an amazing neighborhood to go out in.

We stayed here yesterday, for one night. Room was cosy and clean. You check in at the restaurant below. Staff were very friendly. Very central to Oxford centre, just a short walk to bars etc. We arrived around 3ish and could park outside for free as there is permit parking Monday to Saturday from 8am until 6.30 (you can park for 3 hours). Not sure where you'd park on other days. We would definitely stay here again, great little place for the money.

Good 'budget' stay, cannot comment on service much as reception is at the restaurant below, guys were nice but nothing special as were preoccupied with serving customers in the restaurant and sending food from kitchen through the "reception". Very outdated system by looks of things with a weird questionnaire at checking in.The room was okay, nothing fancy, gave off a little motel vibe, the bathroom, and generally everything looked like was fairly outdated. Little things like emergency buzzer in the bathroom was unreachable due to having a shelf of towels underneath it. The toilet paper dispenser was falling apart, and the sealant around the shower had seen better days.Another interesting thing I haven't had before is check-out consisting of the housekeeper asking if we were checking out, and if so, thank you very much, and just give him the keys.Rooms: Outdated in general.Nearby activities: Very good cocktails near by!

We have cancelled our Oxford travel plan that's why we cancelled the hotel accommodation as well. But the hotel is not refunding our money, not picking up calls, and not replying on emails. It seems they are forcibly ma a profit without giving providing customer satisfaction.
