I visited the store last week and I was struggling find a good fit size for my son, but Disha was very helpful tried to find the right fit and opened the changing room for him to try the clothes and see what for him good. She went above and beyond her customer service. I was so pleased and managed to buy so many items with her help. Thank you Disha for your help we were so happy to receive this excellent customer service. JD should been really happy to have an employer like you because of you we will visit the store again??

Good selection, terrible staff. ?Manager? there had a terrible attitude for no reason. Waited 10 minutes and never got the shoes. Had to ask a nicer staff member.

Staff were not helpful at all, spent half the time trying to actually search for someone to talk to, and when they did arrive they moved slower than a potato. The incompetence is unmatched and I don't think I will be shopping here again. Shame 0 stars isn't an option.
*edit* Box I was handed my shoes was in a state worse than Afghanistan, I think if I wanted to return the shoes they would turn me away

I don?t like complaining but I feel this is necessary.
Today I purchased shorts and a pack of socks from the above branch, I stood waiting at the till for about ten minutes and the queue was ridiculous. The lady on the till was very happy just chatting to other workers and when asked by them if she needed help on the tills with the queue she said no it was okay, twice. There was at least 8 people in line.
To add to the frustration when I got home to try on my shorts she had taken one half of the tag out, I discovered this only when I put the shorts on after feeling the sharp pin part drag on my back thigh.

There is a saleswoman who treats customers badly and doesn't smile when she says goodbye but the clothes are fine.

Really friendly and helpful shop with a large entrance space for wheelchairs and lots of manueverability. They do have these weird trollies in the shoe section which can get In the way. I can move stuff but not everyone can and you would need to get a member of staffs attention to help you. They dealt well with my autistic son and they were humble about me pointing out that the card machines can be handed to customers on wheelchairs or with low visibility etc.

Shocking customer service, used to be a good store but now full of incompetent staff some still greet customers etc but one of the boys there everytime I go says to one of the girls he ?doesn?t like doing the tills? so he leaves all the work to her, went in to buy some shoes there was a line behind me forming and I got told to wait while the only member on the tills was doing something with some clothes back there. Just takes way too long man. One thing business need to understand is your goal is to make money at the end of the day and if you make taking your customers money a tedious process your gonna fail.
