I ordered food and it was a scam. I ordered Salmon tartare light and it came with 4 small pieces of salmon, not many ingredients, most is rice and it did not even came withe the sauce. Compare to the picture with all the ingredients is a completely scam and so expensive.

Tried rice bowls, comes very hot and yummy. Even the small one is filling.
We were visiting oxford for a day and we were able to eat, drink from free water (always a plus), and charge our phones. Travel friendly. Also Muslims and vegans can come, they have suitable options.

It has a good range and nice food with quick service. But the three star rating is for their failures on sustainability. They are still using too much single use plastic. They do claim some like lids and bottles are recycled, but not made from recycled. Lots has to go into the general waste. They could make so many easy changes.

The food tastes good, feels healthy, and is served quickly, as most dishes are pre-prepared and even hot. However, the food is not spectacular, and they use too much plastic, even when dining in.

They do big baos here that they don?t at the other Itsu and they?re to die for. So fluffy and that centre is scrumptious. I definitely prefer the veggie katsu over the hoisin duck though (coming from a meat eater). At £4.99, it?s the perfect light dinner. And it?s always so fresh and hot inside which is important for me as someone who hates lukewarm food.

Rice was cold and hard, sushi was not good rolled and fell apart, also not fresh, i did not enjoy my time and I also did not enjoy my food, very disappointing. The toilet was disgusting, I had to hold in my breath, so bad it was. The chicken tasted like liver.
