We stayed for one night in this hotel and did not regret it!
First of all ? the location. Since the hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, it?s very quiet there. We slept peacefully, there was no noise, and only the wind came knocking on the window. The bed was comfortable, soft, and clean. There was also a fold-out sofa in the room ? it felt just like a bed, equally comfortable.
Secondly ? the room. It was very spacious, clean, cozy, and exactly what you?d expect from a good hotel.
Thirdly ? the restaurant. We really enjoyed our breakfast. The buffet was well prepared, and the food itself was delicious. There?s something for everyone to eat.
We are very happy that we chose to stay here! Stay here ? it?s a great hotel!

Wonderful stay and nice rooms. We had a room at the new building and it was clean with enough space. Akash at the reception was very welcoming and warm to our family. Thank you Akash for your wonderful and friendly service.

An all star winner at the Holiday Inn IHG. Generally really impressed. Clean, modern, friendly and convenient. Would definitely return. We stayed with a child and the room was set and ready. Our little boy was also given a blue token for free ice cream and hot chocolates.

I visited this hotel with my family of four, and everything was excellent. The rooms were tidy and quiet, the location was convenient, and the vibes were chill. It isn't exactly in the city centre, but the park and ride is nearby (10 minutes walk), so it is really easy to get in to the centre.
And I am especially impressed with this Holiday Inn as I, to be honest, am really picky about hotels. I have some special requests, for example I have to be in an extremely quiet room as my ears are hyper-sensitive. And even when this hotel was right next to the A44, there were no sound at all. But the real highlight was the staff; they really surprised me with their attitude! Shoutout to Daniel and Akash, who checked us in and out. Especially to Akash, who listened carefully to my requests and was really patient with us! Daniel also greatly assisted us with our check-in. I really appreciate their help and it genuinely made our stay more enjoyable.
The only slightly negative thing that I would say, though, is the breakfast. The price was pretty reasonable, but the food was not up to my expectations. The food were not fresh, especially the bacon which was unchewable. And I think it could have been a lot better.
In conclusion, this is definitely one of the best Holiday Inn I have ever been to. It was really refreshing to see such a good hotel, and if I ever visit Oxford in the near future I will 100% revisit. It was a near-perfect 5-star, and I would definitely recommend coming!

Went here for food and a few beers when staying at the Close by Travel lodge. I had my Sheltie with me. The welcom was excellent at reception and instructions calm and clear for ordering meal and drink with the dog. I normally stay in Holiday Inns ad I am a member if IHG. All staff here who I dealt with were excellent.

I had breakfast at the hotel and was absolutely disappointed and frustrated by the service provided, particularly by Hermione. She was very cold and rude, and seemed like she wasn?t keen to work there. We asked her nicely for assistance and she just gave a very unamused face, borderline disrespectful. We saw her also getting asked for assistance by another guest to fix the coffee machine, which she did very half heartedly, almost slamming the coffee machine trays with a disgusted look. This is such a pity as Holiday Inn has been a great hotel to stay at, but we might not be coming back as we did not feel welcomed due to Hermione?s attitude to us and other guests. We hope it?s not due to us being racially profiled, but it was a very unpleasant encounter which ruined our breakfast. Hermione, sorry if we did something that made you dislike our presence there, but we tried to be polite and warm to you.

Had a lovely evening in our Yellow Submarine event enjoying an impressive Barbecue with a great spread followed by pudding and a Disco.
The Staff were friendly welcoming and helpful, We had a fantastic time.
