Don't have a account them because they treat you like rubbish
The customer advices and mangers very rude and problem with my bank account is closed because they did help with it now. Find some where going to for a bank account
I think they need more training with mental health problems

Ive been served by polish consultant - I forgot to asked his name - and I wanted to thank him for an amazing service. He was so helpful and full of joy making my experience so pleasant and whole consultation quick and nice! Super loved the chat and honestly more people like him in customer service!

Terrible bank! I applied for a bank card online in June. I entered all my details correctly. Checked several times. When I received the card and all the passwords, I started setting up online banking. Nothing succeeded. Constantly writes some kind of error. I went to the bank branch in Oxford. They told me that they could not help me and I had to call the bank. I called the bank and they told me that they could not help me and I should go to the nearest bank branch and ask them to change my address so that they send me a new activation code and give them my phone number, which they don?t have at all ... Although I indicated my phone number when applying for a card, and they even assigned me a login, which is similar to a phone number. I again go to the bank branch, tell them my address, phone number ... They add everything to my account. After that, I call the bank and ask them to send me a new activation code. They send me a code. I'm trying to set up my online banking and see that my phone number is incorrect and I can't get a verification code. It's December now. For half a year I cannot set up my online banking. I cannot fully use my account and my money. The bank gave me a lot of inconvenience.

Amazing staff realy help..!! I prefer one of best bank in uk is halifax the staff are good and always help no metter how busy they are.. !! Bank halifax in oxford is my fiver bank ever..!! I hope everi body working there stay safe and when we re open we can see them again ..! Gob bless .. stay safe
