Very disappointed in The manager of this store. I tried to return an item 1 day out of my return date (due to not being well), was hoping to exchange for another item but the Manager refused, wasn't even interested in honouring it for me.

Products are good but the service is far from impressive. At the till I encountered a fairly large queue, one person behind the till and three other youngsters standing there and 'looking busy', avoiding eye contact and looking like they are there as a punishment. I know this isn't John Lewis but honestly ... it felt like I was in candid camera and any minute now someone was going to say it was all a joke.When it was finally my turn the service I received was of a similar standard. The person serving me needed to ask for managers approval on a return, fair enough, but speaking on a walkie talkie referred to me as "some man". Then I got a very insincere sounding "sorry". I realise staff are on a minimum wage getting through Uni but based on my experience I would not bother returning or recommending this store to anyone. Perhaps just an unhappy place or a sad state of affairs with general commitment of staff in such stores. I wonder why so many customers are choosing to shop online ...

I bought 3 shirts and the girl at the till who served literally chucked all of them in the bag without even folding them or properly looking as she put them in the bag! Don?t you train your staff on how to fold clothes?! I had to iron al three of those brand new shirts because they were super creased! AWFUL TRAINED STAFF! Plus they were all yawning and had zero interest in acknowledging the customers at all! God awful customer service! I?ll go to the self checkout from next time!

Love H&M however felt uncomfortable at the Westgate H&M in Oxford with the security guard following me and constantly looking at me like I was doing something wrong. The worst feeling was that he was focused on me amongst many other people around being the only person of colour in there at the time made me feel singled out. I?m disgusted, I?d say he needs training but it doesn?t take a genius to know how to treat people. Do better with your recruitment.

I like this place. They always have just what I'm looking for and at pretty decent prices. I would probably say it's my favourite clothes shop.

Good range, choice and quality clothes. However very limited changing room spaces and very small number of check outs till. H%M should do better and invest in a bigger space and/or more checkouts within the store.As it the amount time spent to queue and try out clothes (average of 25mins) then a further 15mins to pay, makes for poor instore shopping experience. This has been my personal shopping experience when i visited this store x3 in the last 7months: across various days and time of the day.

Great shop but severely understaffed causing the changing rooms to be closed and only one till open with endless queues at peak times. Not good enough considering they are a multimillion pound business. Recommendation: increase staff wages and hire more people please
