Coffee is not great!

Very bad customer service.
We are daily customers and on a random Monday morning when everyone needs to start the day to work with greggs coffee they close the shop and don?t even mention outside why it?s closed. It would be better to inform people so that they don?t come all the way to except the shop is closed and choose another location.
Hoping the service to be better in future for everyone.

A nice convenient Greggs inside a petrol station. Food was nice and hot. Seems a bit pricy compared to a greggs shop. Staff are a bit grumpy everytime I've been in their and looks like they are not enjoying their job.

Pretty dirty, all the tables were with previous customers leftovers.
When ordering, the stuff did not know the products. Hope the person who attends next is friendlier and at least knows the food that is served.

I quite often have a snack from greggs for a mid day brunch, whilst I was in there on Thursday this week I was served by a very pleasant young lady called Charlie she asked if I would like to add any thing else to my order which I did she cheered me up she is a cried to greggs .
