My husband had to bring my car in for an MOT cause I have a newborn.He was 6 mins late but they wouldn't take the car. No wonder why the offer discounts!!! AVOIDCause they are awful and their service even worse.The guy in the phone that apparently hasn't been there for more than a year was rude and telling me off.That they have slots but nobody told me thatIf there is some traffic what are we meant to do.Last year they messed me up but I had to sit and wait for them to take my car in 40mins. But then it was ok!!Shame on you . I hope you shut down any time soon!Awful

Useless. Booked in for tyres, MOT and full service. They had the car all day but I still had to call them at 5pm to find out if my car was ready or not and if it had passed. Put on hold for 10 minutes with no answer so had to call back again. Finally found out my car was ready, so went to collect it only to find out the tyres hadn't been done. Rude and unhelpful guy on reception too. Won't bother going back, which is a shame because I often use to use the one in Northampton and that was great.

I took my Lexus SUV hybrid to this garage on 26\06\2023 for an A\C check and refill. When the job was done, I got an invoice of £59. I paid the money and drove away.I didn?t try it as we had cool weather in Oxford all the way until I went on holiday (4 weeks later) to Europe, driving this car. When the weather got warmer during the trip, I turned the A\C on and?. ?No cool air!It couldn?t be about leaking A/C as it was told to be checked.I didn?t get any details about what work was exactly done when I collected my car.We had hot weather in Hungary, so I had to get it fixed (31/07/2023). I was allowed to be present at the whole procedure. The mechanic showed me the check results about leaks and refrigerant gas levels (very low).After I came back from holiday in August, I went back to Formula One Autocentres, Oxford to complain. They told me that one of the bosses would ring me to discuss the issue.Today is the 03/09/2023 and still no calls from Formula One Autocentres. Not even an apology.And the A/C is still working properly which was fixed in Hungary but based on experience until that point, NOTHING was done by F1 Autocentres, Oxford.Keep away from this company if you want to avoid to pay for the nothing they do with your car.

Read the -ve reviews on here for Cowley and was concerned, but decided to go ahead with my order for tyres and aircon regas. I had called them up a couple of times, both prior to ordering and after and spoke with Kean there (who I think is the manager). I have to say I found him excellent and very helpful.They were able to fit me in a day early and they were brilliant. The tyres were fitted, balanced etc and the Aircon regas, as far as I can tell is great. Also F1 were doing a 20% off tyre promotion and price matched ProTyre for the Aircon regas, saving another 25% off that price.Can't fault them and would highly recommend.

Booked a service for today, the garage supposed to open at 8:30. At least 7-8 customers were waiting for the reception to open. Comes at 9 AM, I called customer service who said that they have no idea why the branch is closed. Wasted 2 hours driving and didn't get even an apology. The management seriously need to rethink their focus...

This is a dreadful garage. Please do not use. Went ahead with a service on the car even though it failed it's mot miserably..and they were unable to fix. So couldn't even drive the car away!!!! Took it to ombudsman ..but no joy there ... Just no common sense.

One of the worst places to trust your car! They overprice everything and the quality of work is extremely low. They also always try to invent problems in order to make you pay more! Please avoid.
