It never disappoints.
Had a bacon cheeseburger and it was very good as usual.
Service was also efficient as we have been served at the table and the guy was particularly kind.

It was very crowded, quite dirty and the server didn't notice our lot number so he didn't bring us food.

I accidentally entered the wrong address on my Uber Eats order, and after lots of back and forth, the driver returned the food to Five Guys. I rang the restaurant to say I was coming to pick it up, and they kindly told me the food might be cold ? I said that was fine as I was starving!
When I arrived, they had remade the burger for me! I was so touched by the kindness and respect for the customer. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly polite and helpful (I wish I had asked his name!).
Amazing food as always ? and now even more reason to love this branch. Thank you so much!

I don?t usually eat out due to anxiety, but after an appointment I decided to stop at Five Guys in Oxford for a quick bite before my bus. I was feeling a bit on edge and honestly nervous about who might serve me but I was met by the loveliest staff member, a man with tattoos on his arms and a grey beard, who instantly put me at ease.
He was incredibly kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable straight away. I asked if I could eat inside even though I?d ordered takeaway, and he couldn?t have been more accommodating. Just a genuinely warm and helpful person.
While waiting for my food, I was people-watching and noticed how well the team got on with each other, lots of positive energy and a real sense of teamwork, which felt so wholesome and comforting to see.
The food was amazing (as always with Five Guys!) and I made sure to thank the man who served me before I left. The whole team working that afternoon Friday 20th June deserve a shoutout.
I?ll definitely be back next time I?m in Oxford. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

Food was great! Exactly how it tastes in the states. Staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Fabio is especially great. As well as the man who took our order (didn't catch his name). There was also a member of staff who helped us into the restrooms multiple times. Thanks!

I ordered a five guys meal on deliveroo yesterday evening and it didn't arrive, I called deliveroo this morning who said they had to wait until five guys is open to cancel the order and told me to call back at 10 I called back and they said five guys won't cancel the order and they are sending it with a delivery driver even though I told them I don't want the food and this is 13 hours later, absolutely atrocious service. I will never use deliveroo or buy a five guys meal again, be warned terrible customer service.
