I was recommended here by a friend, I?ve never had a Brazilian before so I was nervous but my friend assured me this place was good. I went with another friend who is also a first timer. First of all I was told via message to NOT shave or trim 4 weeks before the appointment which I did. When I got there, (it was the women who worked on Saturdays), told over and over again it?s too long and tangled (I?m poc aka curly hair), it happened so much it felt racially motivated. There was no power application before the wax and no trimming and it was way more painful than it should have been. The women knew it was our first time but was really rough with our hands and legs pushing me very forcefully and scowling. When I asked what kind of wax it is, she didn?t know and stumbled on her words. She didn?t have different wax for sensitive skin and didn?t test the heat before putting the wax on me and it was very VERY hot. When I told her she seemed annoyed and turned the heat down saying ?oh yeah that happens?.My friend got her Brazilian after me and the women DID NOT WASH HER HANDS in-between our BRAZILIAN waxes. It makes me wonder how many people she?s waxing or giving services to without washing her hands.Overall it was an all round bad experience and I won?t be going back.

I've had two microdermabrasion facials here. Diane and her sister are lovely and both highly professional and knowledgeable as they have years of experience. Their prices are very reasonable and much cheaper than other places in Oxford and London. I'm already looking forward to my next treatment.

I visited Fit Kit Studio (26-04-2022) for the first time and was booked in for a 'Luxury Spa Pedicure' treatment which cost £36.95.There were many elements included in this treatment such as a foot soak, foot scrub, hard skin removal, cuticles, cut and paint etc... definitely worth the money for what I received.Very happy with the outcome and overall experience.The treatment room was clean, welcoming and relaxing and I must say, Diane is absolutely lovely!... she takes great pride in her work and is very kind and welcoming.I enjoyed the whole experience here so much so, I booked in for another two treatments (for later dates) before I left...Would definitely recommend ?Service: Pedicure

OK, confession time: I dared to have my first Hollywood waxing aged 49 years at Fit Kit! The staff were so kind, considerate and professional. The procedure was reasonably quick, thorough and certainly not uncomfortable. Having had it done twice now, I would never consider going 'natural' again. It's clean, comfortable and hygienic. If you're considering intimate waxing, I can highly recommend Fit Kit.
