Absolutely awful customer service.The club itself is alright, however due to recent experiences- i would not recommend this club at all.I have been trying to get in contact with the club for over 2 weeks now. I left my coat in the cloakroom and still have my cloakroom number, i have been messaging/ringing/texting and leaving voicemails and have still had no contact back- despite my messages being 'seen'.I do not live in oxford, so i cannot easily 'walk' down and pick it up.They have been made aware of this and are still choosing to ignore me.This has ruined what was a decent night out in a decent place.do not recommend, awful customer service.,

Would not even give this venue a 1 star! The staff were rude, on their phones and not serving people stood at the bar. When I asked if the young man behind the bar was serving I just got stared at.I asked again and then was asked to leave as they said I was arguing. This is not the case and all I was doing was trying to get served. I paid £6.00 to get in and was only there for 20 mins max. Awful place!

We had a fabulous night here 2 weeks ago. The bar staff were so quick and even remembered what I ordered on my previous round (pretty unusual for a nightclub!). The doorstaff were really welcoming and polite. Great atmosphere, fab music, really chilled out vibe. We'll definitely be back!

I have been coming here since it?s opening night and not had any issues until I attended a night out with my openly gay big brother. It was his first experience in Fever and we will not be returning. He was abruptly dragged off the dance floor by two bouncers and physically forced up the stairs and out onto the street. My brother did not resist in anyway and was still physically assulted by these men. It was incredibly upsetting to witness and when asked what was going on the bouncers outside told me I was drunk and to get lost. It was as if because we had been drinking our human rights didn?t matter anymore. My brother later told me it happened right after he kissed his boyfriend but that the bouncers told him it was because he hit a low hanging disco ball when dancing??! Seems like a poor excuse for such foul treatmeant. I contacted the club and they told me they would get back to me in 48hours- they didn?t. It also seems like my comment/review is no longer public. I would not risk a visit here and now feel extremely vulnerable on nights out. Apparently bouncers can treat you however they want because ?you?re just drunk?. Please stay safe on a night out.

Incredibly unreasonable bouncers, aggressive, sexist, operated a 50 out 1 in policy. When we finally got in they were playing the worst 2000s chart music imaginable. Drinks expensive, toilets disgusting, smells horrible. Avoid at all costs!

What a great night out Fever oxford is! The bouncers were very friendly and had a good laugh with us (out on a stag) the atmosphere in here is brilliant next time I?m in oxford il definitely be going back to Fever! The manager was brilliant he looked after us on Saturday! The bar staff are all friendly and quick service, thanks Fever oxford for a great night out
