After having a terrible experience at the Bicester EE store we thought we would give EE one last chance. The staff in this store were great, solved some mistakes on our original contracts and were very patient getting issues solved. Charlie & Miki thank you and well done for getting us sorted. I would recommend this store as they have been very helpful and polite. ???

The store leader/manager was so rude and not at all helpfull at all. I had to go regarding my iWatch because I got a message that I am gonna be charged £450 for something I didnt do at all. When I went in to get some help not only the manager was not helpful told me straight on my face we can?t do anything about it when it was clearly the staffs mistake. Later i stayed and called in customer service and another employee helped me with it. The manager is no good. ????

Absolutely terrible service, no basic customer service skills.Not only they sold me a Sim card that didn't work but also blamed on my telephone. I proved to the manager that my phone was not to blame as later I got a new Sim card from a different provider nearby. But even that, he wasn't ready to give me a refund and I never got my money back.Manager wasn't helpful at all, didn't care and didn't offer any solution.For sure, I will never recommend anyone to get a Sim card in this store.

Terrible service!People don?t care much about your request. They don?t explain properly and don?t try to find out any alternatives.Thinking on leaving EE.Has it become bad after being acquired?

The guys were very helpful, but unfortunately they were unable to solve my problem. My switch from plusnet to ee and keep my number a total disaster. I am now with 3.?

Absolutely useless, no basic customer service skills. Save yourself the time and travel, go to another EE or better yet go to another company. As someone that has worked in this position myself, either management is abysmal, training is subpar or their wages are so low that employees can?t be bothered to do the bare minimum.

We went to Le Pain Quotidient for a breakfast during a weekday. We were greeted in a very friendly manner at the entrance and taken to our table. Our server was Poonam Malik and she was absolutely amazing as she made sure we were served on time and there was nothing left that could drive an unsatisfactory response. The food was great!
