Went to the Oxford store and we?re asking about tiles as we need a whole bathroom doing and we?re not sure of the design we want yet. the man just said it?s personal preference and I said we wanted to get a design done like we are doing with kitchen and he again said it?s personal preference and he left. Later see signs up around the shop saying free design consultation available. There were about 5 members of staff all sat at the desk and no one was offering any help. Will be having a different company going forwards

Waited 20 mins for someone to see me. Gave up and left. 3 guys doing a service on a van (2 on their phones) one taking stock. Rather get a refund and go elsewhere. Not coming back here. Shame used to come all the time

Although the staff in the shop are helpful they are completely powerless to sort out any issues, their logistics and customer service departments are absolutely inadequate as they fail to return calls and provide any form of useful feedback or compensation despite leaving their customers without a functioning bathroom for more than a month. After 4 weeks and 3 failed delivery attempts I?m still waiting for a simple shower wall to be delivered undamaged. My local shop in Oxford have a ridicules policy of only delivering on Fridays resulting in a further weeks delay every time. I?m unable to review the actual products as I?ve been unable to use them. All in all pretty damm poor for a company of this size.
