The staff are absolutely miserable here and don?t even offer a basic level of pleasant customer service. However, the variety of items is great and it?s fairly good value so I can?t complain too much. There are times some shelves seem a bit neglected and a little disorganised, but you?re usually still able to find something suitable.

Very disappointed and frustrated.
I made a visit to the shop this morning to purchase an iron. No staff available on the floor. I asked at the till where a very helpful girl called for assistance and told me to go back upstairs.
On doing so I waited some time before a gentleman came and then proceeded to helping another person despite the fact that we both told him that I was the person that he had been called to assist. He then proceeded to get even more drawn onto helping the other person despite the fact that I said that I was first and in a hurry.
I have walked out and taken my custom elsewhere. Where is got excellent and prompt service.

We purchased an electric blanket online and reserved it, when we went to collect it we were told they were out of stock!!! Having told them I wasn?t impressed with a wasted journey the store person suggested I either came back when they had stock or I could get a refund, I opted for the refund only to be told it will take 5 working days. No apology for our wasted trip and loss of money. Shocking customer service . How can you reserve something that they do not have? Their answer was yeah our systems are always wrong!!!

Not very kind customer service, the queue took too long, the kitchen was grubby , won't be coming here again! Iced biscuit was vile.

The staff were extremely helpful, and the place was nice overall. The only problem was that no one could find lids for the containers we wanted to purchase. They ended up with 13 lidless containers.
