This place has the best doughnuts I've ever had - try the speculoos one. Where are they from? Also, free kids meal with £4 adult spend... You don't get offers like this anywhere else. Really nice atmosphere, relaxing and friendly. Takes me back to childhood days of BHS and Debenhams...

Popped in to browse for Christmas, oh dear! Started with coffee, three behind counter 'serving' so slow looked chaotic took seven minutes to get through with only five in front, coffee bitter and lukewarm. Bought some items queue to pay long, only two serving. Had I been in a rush wouldn't have worked for me. Manager needs...
