I had stopped eating at this Domino?s because of poor service, came back today and ordered it was delivered on time still hot the delivery driver was polite and courteous. I have been served by a greatly improved Dominoes and will continue to patronise.

Absolutely vile have ordered multiple time every time i have had to call the store and ask for either my order to be remade or for compensation for how terrible the quality of the food was half of the pizza was missing cheese it was as dry as the box it comes in i would even feed this to a starving dog absolutely vile customer service and food service changes need to be made whoever made this needs to be sacked

I called to check on my order and the man was very informed (though defo in a rush- understandable!!) the tracker was all updated on time and the delivery was warm and so polite! Better than other takeaways for busy nights!

Just received a delivery that was an hour late. The pizza was cold and squashed. Phoned up store and the person who answered the phone spoke broken English and was very rude. Staff really need to improve there customer service skills.

Been a loyal customer for three years now but dominos customer service is crap. First they employ people who cannot speak English and second the drivers lack common sense. The driver was literally staring at my door number before he picks up the phone to tell me he is here. Just ring the doorbell because you can clearly see the door number. No hello, no thank you...just a low mumble of incoherent sentences. Do these Indians and Easter European speak any English? I will not be ordering again.

Based on the main road at Cowley Centre (opposite retail park). Not too long to wait for pizza to be made (about 10 mins), or you can call ahead to order for collection which is quicker... home delivery also available but I have not used home delivery from this branch before so can't comment on that service.
Great taste and quality of pizza, prices are quite steep but better value for money if you choose one of the deals.

Extremely rude. Ordered pizzas and they never delivered. Tried telling me they had been to the address twice when I know this was false as I had been waiting outside for them to arrive. Ended up ticking the order off as delivered when it never arrived, then tried telling me I was in the wrong for never being outside to pick up the order when I was waiting outside for it the entire time. Tried calling to sort it out and they ended up blocking my number, don?t order from this place, horrible horrible people running it. This is people?s money they are just throwing away for the fun of it, they simply do not care.

Genuinely the worst experience at dominoes. DO NOT EAT HERE!! I ordered delivery and they called me to confirm my address which I did. I proceeded to wait an hour longer than expected and called the number back to get an update. they informed me that my delivery driver had skipped over me because they couldn't call my number (which they did 30 min earlier) and said that they don't know how they did it before. the man on the phone was extremely rude and condescending. if i could give 0 stars I would.
