After 4 years, I visited to the UK again. As a former Domino's staff I can say this service is still perfect quality. We ordered two for tuesday deal for collection. Two large pizzas, it has minor bubbly but it tastes fab. Girls were welcoming. Nice and tidy store. Keep up the good work Boys and Girls. Thanks.

Wow! Great people. Left an item in the store last night when collecting, and was able to get it back the next day. Also the pizza was pretty good!

Ordered a pizza for collection went to collect it and was told my pizza was taken and there is nothing they can do about it the woman serving me had attitude and my money was took and no pizza was given to me

I ordered this through Uber eats but the staff were delivering and it has now been over 3 hrs and it?s still not here I am so mad as me and my partner waited so long for this! I can?t call the shop as no credit and there?s no option to email. I?m so mad I want a refund and I won?t be ordering again. I?ve clicked so many times a check up on where it is and no update from shop. My numbers on there aswell.

I ordered a large pizza last night waited more than 20 min it wasn?t busy but they we?re taking to some relatives I believe so and at the end they gave e me a small pizza when I said I ordered large the guy just lifted his shoulders I don?t know he said I was like I asked for a large no explanation or Ofer to make another one when I said I will complain one of the guys at the back heard me and as I was leaving he said do you want another one but I just left very very rude staff talking in their language and not paying attention of what you ordered or take your name nothing

Having placed an order on a Friday night, we anticipated a certain delay but were surprised to find that after an hour, our order had been marked as 'delivered', and so naturally we called to find out exactly where it had been delivered to.We were told that considering the time and date meant they were busier than usual, and that the driver likely marked our order as complete, we should expect it shortly.Having been told to call back in half an hour, we still saw no sign of our order, We called back only to be told it was now considered lost, and that they would be sending a replacement along with an additional 'gift' for our troubles - which we took to mean a free side.It must be noted, that a refund was at no point offered, even after asking for one. It was also not disclosed what had happened to the first order, where it had gotten lost or who has received it.So, we wait for our secondary order to arrive, which takes an additional 30 minutes, only to have our pizzas arrive, one burnt, the other undercooked and no free 'gift'.To make matters worse, we had to convince the delivery person that ours was indeed the right address, and that we had been promised compensation in the form of a free side. Making us look like opportunists.

Constantly getting Luke warm food, getting the order wrong and last time got shafted with paying twice. I would spend about £1500 a year with these people. Now off to Pizza Hut.
