Waited 5 min to get served. Then another 40 minutes for the pizza. People who came after me got theirs. My pizza has been on the counter the whole bloody time. They didn?t take my name at the first time, didn?t tell me when it?s finished and didn?t even make a bloody effort to find out why I am in the store the whole bloody time. NEVER COMING AGAIN.

We called for pick up and they said, in a very rushed and impolite manner, that they couldn't do pick up, or deliver it to our Premier Inn. We then had to walk about 10 minutes, with a group of hungry children across a graveyard just to get there and for us to tell them we wouldn't be able to order unless we waited for forty five minutes for even one peperoni pizza to share.

Wow the drivers still lack basic knowledge of traffic laws - Can't understand why after two years or however long the road works have gone on for , the drivers are using their bikes whilst still on the pavement and not turning engines off ... POLICE & COUNCIL SHOULD ADDRESS RHIS ISSUE the franchise group don't seem to care ( MSG group )

The drivers are riding their bikes through the walkway by the roadworks when confronted they follow you onto the bus absolutely ridiculous.... Drivers harass customers.... WILL UPDATE THIS AT SOME

Super unhelpful like don?t own or manage a fast food takeaway.
I wanted to add to the order 2 minutes after placing it.
Can not deliver to the hotel but can deliver to the building opposite just doesn?t make any sense
Also what happened to my toppings at the start of the pizza. Why the gap?

The staff here go way, way above and beyond for this company. Having to both cook and then deliver the food themselves, this isn't the first time this has happened. Crazy that they're put in this position, they deserve better.
