Highly recommended a staff member named Richard Nunez who was great helped me with a purchase of 2 tvs plus wall brackets, great customer service guided me all the way and gave me great advice on each product purchased. Would recommend anyone who is shopping at Currys to find Richard. Felt relaxed shopping with him and happy with the purchases.

When going to purchase was told delivery drivers have the right to refuse to deliver goods to my front door even tho was paying for installation and recycle of my old washing machine, due to the fact I live on the 2nd floor and have no lift in the block of flats that I live in as they might not have the correct equipment to go up the 26 stairs ,13 on each level .When asked what would happy if paid and then drivers refused was told by the manager you come back and get a refund.I then thanked the salesman Alex who had been most helpful to me up until this point when he got this clarified by the manager and walked out the store, disgusted and then went to ARGOS who were able to deliver no problems at allThank goodness for Sam the salesman who restored my faith in customer service .I know what it's like as I too work retail that's why I was so infuriated with Currys .All I can say I certainly won't be recommending anyone to come to Currys .

Went on a Saturday to collect a TV that I had ordered online. The man working on the collection / returns counter was really helpful. He brought the TV out to my car and then when it wouldn't fit (d'oh!) he took it back in store and found the box size so I could find someone with a car big enough. Reason for star removal is there was quite a wait for the collections / return counter and only 2 staff members working, but lots of other staff members standing around. Would be good if they could have helped their colleagues clear the queue

I would say no one should go to curry until you see their return policy.I purchased a heater recently , heating is not good enough as I expected.This was nothing for even a small roomThen I decided to return this when I came to store stuff and manger said you can?t return because you opened it, I said yes I opened then I realised it?s not working as I expectedI am sure they are losing their customers day day and soon will be shutdown because of their rubbish policy

The oxford store was clean and tidy. Well stocked. Well staffed, the shop was quiet, you'd expect to be greeted by at least one member of staff. But no, it didn't happen. I went to browse for a TV at a good price in the sale. I've ordered from Currys before. At a time when the prices were more competitive.The competitors on this occasion have priced better on the same models, so I left empty-handed.

I ordered a washer/dryer for delivery. When it was delivered, the delivery person took the transportation bolts out of the machine but took them away. I tried to call and text the delivery person but they didn't respond. I then tried to raise a complaint with Currys. I did this and was told it had been escalated to a higher level. Then, when I chased this up a week later, it turned out I'd been given an invalid complaint ref. Instead, the advisor simply wanted to offer me £20 compensation. In the end, I accepted this but I'll still have to buy some bolts, ready for the next time the machine is moved.I'll now try to avoid having anything to do with Currys again.

Avoid this store. The absolute worst customer service ever!!! Went to buy a new TV. Used e-voucjers through my work. Transaction went through them a problem arose. Which they couldn't deal with AT ALL!!???So no TV and no £750 in vouchers until 3-5 working days. They didn't even offer me anything to try and rectify the situation. Don't waste your time with Currys.

Went to get a Christmas present for one of my daughters. Staff were quite good and knowledgeable about the products, a bit pushy on the extras and insurance but it's their job.Overall good visit, good prices.

Always able to get what I need but the experience staff give you is very underwhelming and unprofessional. In my last visit i went to buy a camera stand. I found one that suited my needs. It did however have the wrong price attached to it and I got charged double the price at the coutner. On going to complain about the rude cashier who wouldnt listen to fact that I was overcharged, the staff member I spoke to and showed the display to which turned out NO product was labled correctly. I was told that its always like it, and that he doesnt care how it looks or how many people it confuses and then got a rant about how poor a place it is too work To top it off, no management around to discuss the matter further with and they did refuse to refund the overcharged money. Other times I have never been able to get to ask a staff member any question, they are never helpful. The only reason for 1 star is the fact the quality of product is always good. In conclusion, John Lewis is much better for buying goods of this nature.

I went into the store two days in a row in search of a washing machine. Waited long periods both days to be served to see if items were in stock. I had chosen a washing machine to buy and looked to pay for it however it took so long for them to serve me that the price was changed by the manager while I was stood there however he claimed there was no one to serve me. The manager was then rude and incompetent in helping me. The manager had no customer skills or manners. Currys should look into way their staff behaves. The service I received at this store was disgusting. The staff are plain lazy and have no manners. I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone. I?d leave 0 stars if I could and hope Currys look into this store and fix it before they drive all their customers away!

Awful, racist customer service.Members of staff had informed me the only queue I was able to process my exchange was the queue I continue to mention.The customer assistant (Matt) was waiting for a customers phone to update, despite wondering off from the tills several times to potter around as he waited, not once did he ask if I needed assistance despite looking right at me several times. I was next in line and was clearly waiting to be served.After waiting 45 minutes I approached other colleagues who said they were unable to serve me.Once Matt had finished with his customer he began to walk away from the till, I asked him to serve me and without even looking at me he bluntly said "I can't serve you" and continued to walk past me. This same boy served several white customers without bating an eyelid.I was fuming, I demanded to be served and it was only then a member of staff who previously said they couldn't serve me, served me.I complained about this several times to PC World/Currys and nothing has been done about it.The service I received at this store was disgusting. Staff are lazy and have no social etiquette. I do not recommend to anybody.

I think the staff at Currys .in Oxford. Were very helpful and l have now purchased my new fridge freezer. And they were very attentive. Exspecially this time of year. They have a lovely selection of products.

I bought a new phone today and I was so impressed with the service I received. A young man called Harrison couldn’t have been more helpful. I am not very tech savvy but he transferred all the data from my old phone to the new one. He was also helping other customers in between. He was so knowledgeable and quick. I was so impressed. I am very happy with my purchase.

Great range of products on display, competitive prices too, tidy and well laid out.Only issue as a customer is the poor communication between online shopping and in store physical purchases. My online purchase order (wrong item) was not found in the store.. and online told me to go in store to exchange the item. Wasted journey and had to wait another week for my item.
