Good coffee selection. In the past I mentioned that tables could be cleared more often as its hard to find one where there's no used cups, and this is still an issue, but the toilets are much cleaner and the coffee is good.

Definitely the least welcoming coffee place I've been to in Oxford so far. I watched the barista make my coffee while completely distracted, making for a mediocre tasting coffee consisting of way too much steamed milk foam. The place is terribly noisy because of bad acoustics.

Opening time weekday is till 8.30 pm,but the door is already locked at 8 pm and the staff starts cleaning. Please, update the Opening times

Incredible customer service! Brilliant atmosphere. Out of every café or Costa I?ve been to, it is the Costa on Oxford?s Queen St. which never fails to exceed my expectations, in terms of friendly staff.
Every staff member who has served me here has been exceptional and I know that this upbeat emotion is something which isn?t easy to express on a daily basis. You don?t get this sort of experience everywhere, or as often.
Specifically Id like to mention RAHUL and NICOLE. I hope their hard work and dedication will be noticed and rewarded. I have not used the toilets here before , but the reviews don?t seem great - I am hoping that things have improved after their recent refurbishment. Difficult and/or rude customers are dealt with kindness and professionalism. The presentation of drinks can be improved, as nobody wants to see a dirty cup, or see spillages before they?ve even taken their drink from the collection counter. Other than that, will come again.

Ordered 2 frappe and got slushy(cooler). I was too busy to notice immediately, and in was in a rush so had no time to sort out. But left with bad feelings. Otherwise nice place but I don't think will use it again.

The place has had a refurbishment recently, so I'm giving the management a new chance to impress me. You don't have to serve the erm and Asian clientele. Stick to what were good at; serving the European and ethnic white clientele.

Good coffee and friendly, efficient staff, but service was super slow. The decor felt outdated, and the bathrooms were a disaster?urinals overflowing with water all over the floor. Really surprised a place this big has such poor hygiene standards.

Nearly £4 for a medium hot chocolate seems outrageous. If I was at a hipster coffee shop and it had organic charcoal or something else funky in it fair enough, but for a cold blooded massive chain?!
Staff were super friendly and it's nice enough inside though.

Big and airy with a nice upstairs space. Carries great range including the excellent vegan cheesecake. Superb friendly service.

Visited two to three years before.
Food, Drink, Services everything was perfect.
My personal fav was Iced americano and Chiken Salad Wrap.
COSTA COFFEE is now available in Japan but all of them are awfully translated, since I left UK, I have been craving to visit this shop again so so badly.
