Thanks to Avinash for the warm and friendly service. The nutcracker caramel latte was still on offer and he even threw in a couple of marshmallows - a small gesture but very appreciated. The place was vibrant and spotlessly clean, bright and spacious. One of the best Costa?s I?ve visited. Great job guys!

We had a coffee and pastries in Costa for breakfast. We ordered in Costa app for pastries, most pastries are gone but the app didn?t show unavailable. I need to explain and the staff end up need to do a refund. The coffee are good but i had a bad experience.

Bad experience, one particular staff is shouting, speaking bad and laughing very loud at customers and making them feel embarrassed.Very unprofessional.Not nice for a chilling Saturday morning!

This Costa Coffee is the best I have ever tasted. I'm American, so believe me, I've tasted a lot of coffee.Kid-friendliness: Amazing, open spaces, everyone is really friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to move around ect.

My favourite Costa! The staff is lovely and the atmosphere is great. The more complicated drinks can be hit and miss though, and there is only one plug in the whole café, near the bigger tables where families often sit. When there are people with laptops there using the plug, families have no big tables to sit at - when there are families there, they rarely ever use the plug and on more than one occasion I've decided against getting a drink because I couldn't access the plug. I saw others do the same once or twice while I was in the café. Might be a good idea to put the larger tables elsewhere? Regardless, I love this Costa and will keep coming back lots!Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian sandwiches, and of course lots of pastriesKid-friendliness: So many kids
