The dirtiest coffee shop I?ve ever visited. Upon entering I noticed 3cm of dust everywhere, as well as in the air conditioners, the toilets were shockingly dirty, there was also mould on the walls and trays with dirty plates on most of the tables.
On top of that my order was wrong, instead of oat milk I had whole milk in my coffee. They changed it immediately but didn?t rinse the jug where that have made oat chocolate before that. I won?t be visiting again.

I come into the coffee shop and am immediately greeted by warm smiles fresh smells. One particular staff member, Sophie, was extremely sweet and skilled in her barista techniques. The white hot chocolate was a highlight for me. I look forward to returning soon to a warm and friendly establishement.

The Costa coffee establishment is good in itself with its range of coffees and food however in this particular one they do tend to change staff extremely often and therefore the staff are new and it takes them some time to learn how to make a good coffee. As of right now they have a good morning team that has been there a few weeks hopefully they stay because there coffees do improve daily.

Quite possibly worst Costa about, can?t make the ?hot chocolate? hot when asked for extra hot, and always taste watery. Also the staff are rude and don?t give right amount of change and argue against you when you say you haven?t received right amount of change. All and all shocking !

I walked in with five members on shift, a few customers, and all the tables full of dirty dishes.
One of the girls is standing behind the counter, chewing gum. It?s horrible.
Served my coffee in a chipped coffee cup.

The staff is very friendly and even when it's busy they are quick and nice. Generally a good place to hang out except if you plan on using the toilet which is an absolute disaster, 3 stars just bc of that.
