All you can eat buffet for 20 pounds. Has Indian, Thai, Japanese, and Chinese cuisine. Food and options are decent but they are still slow at refilling. The Japanese sushi was really basic. Just rice and cucumber. Chinese dishes like the flounder was never refilled. Lots of dessert options.Overall, pretty expensive for the types of food and very slow on refilling them.

6/10 overall from us. 1) Had made a reservation way in advance. Tried on a couple of occasions to ring them re some amendments & to arrange delivery of some balloons but no one ever answered the phone. Despite having made a reservation, we still had to queue to get in. Explained that one person wouldn?t be eating and was advised would have to pay small fee for her just being there. 2) Waited ages for someone to take our drinks order & had to ask atleast two people to do this. It seems there are waiters that take your orders & another person delivers it. When drinks did eventually arrive, no one explained that the glass was for the coke we?d ordered under the refill option & was subsequently used by one of our diners who had ordered a J20 so we had to chase for another glass. Another coke ordered wasn?t delivered but 1/2 a lager was! 3) Food a bit hit and miss eg partner had lamb curry which was fatty & chewy, Chinese pork ribs the same with very little meat on them. My Chinese beef in black bean on the other hand was lovely, not chewy at all. Hence quality of food seems to be dependant on what you choose. There was one chef cooking scallops and prawns to order but the queue for this were huge so I gave up. 4) There are lots of staff around, clearing plates and refilling food but it?s all very busy & cluttered. Coupled with diners getting food everywhere it feels a bit like a meat market! Several dishes were empty. 5) After paying our bill we realised we?d been charged full price for the diner that didn?t eat & queried this. The reservation manager, the waiter and the general manager all got involved & we had to endure an embarrassing situation with one of them proceeding to show us cctv images of the diners at our table & said we should have told them we had one guest not eating which we had done. We were advised that doing refunds ?were difficult? & so we suggested a voucher of some description & eventually they agreed to this but it was all very embarrassing. In summary, good if you?re not too worried about food being A1 and are happy to dine in a very busy place. I think it?s more suited to young people and I can see why teenagers would love it!

If I could leave less I would. What?s the point in booking when you?re just going to seat everyone that turns up so people with bookings have to wait at least half an hour. Shocking ?service?, hardly any food. I went when it was last open and it was a very average experience but this time was absolutely horrendous and you couldn?t move. We had a booking for 7 people and they squashed us on to a table for 4-5 in the middle of a walkway!!

Booked a table here for 5.45 pm before going to the theatre, first and last time. We had to queue for quite a while to get in and the escalator entrance is quite dangerous when very busy. We were shown to our table and that was the last time anyone attended to us. We waited for over 20 minutes before I managed to grab a waitress and order two drinks. The buffet was very poorly stocked. I?m not keen on Indian food and the carvery didn?t look very good so I went for the Chinese section. The first time the rice, noodles, ribs, sweet and sour, char Sui pork, crispy duck, dim sum all of it was empty. I managed to pick up a spring roll and a couple of pieces of salt and pepper squid. I returned to find some items had been replenished but the crispy duck was never refilled and I only managed to get a spoonful of rice as it was used up almost as soon as it was replenished, a bit of sweet and sour and pork. Not a full meal amount. I went back a third time and everything was still empty. I tried the different mini cakes but they all tasted the same and some were still slightly frozen. Overall a very disappointing experience and it was expensive too. The tables are time limited so there was a real time pressure to try and get the food and we didn?t have time to wait so we didn?t succeed in getting a full plate. Basically there are too many tables crammed in to the space and they can?t cater for that many people. Paying the bill and pushing our way out of the over crowded entrance was another bad experience. If I could give the service no stars I would.

I love Cosmos, great selection of food, I especially love the Chinese and Indian section and the chocolate fountain and the fact that you can eat as much as you like. The downside of this restaurant is how busy it gets on weekend and crowded, which makes it a bit overwhelming and therefore not ideal if you're looking for a nice relaxing dining experience. This also means that the food runs out quickly and you may need to wait a while for the trays to be refilled. Was a bit disappointed when I visited recently due to this and also the mess that people were making, especially down the dessert isle, perhaps a member of staff could help down this isle, as there are lots of children dipping allsorts in the fountain and making such a mess and crowding around it, just a thought. Overall nice restaurant but so busy and you feel kind of rushed as they try to get so many people in, so be careful when walking to your table with your food.

Really quite decent. Friendly and helpful staff, decent choices, including freshly cooked. Deserts too. Amazingly well priced. Tried the Liverpool one when up there and this one was much, much better. ?

Exceptional company dinner for 55 people last Saturday! Outstanding service by Sunil, incredibly hospitable. The food and venue were top-notch. We'll surely return for this fantastic experience.

I think its gone down hill, it was def better before. they had a Chinese starter section that was basically just spring rolls, desert section wasn't being refilled so was just empty plate. Also service at the bar was ridiculous. it took 15 minutes to get a drink. it wasn't as though it was a massive que maybe 3 people in front it but staff were to busy making drinks for tables. You only get 1.5hrs at your table so waiting 15 min for a drink is pretty bad. The teppyaki was pretty good.

Rude service after reporting my 5year old nephew finding hair in his noodles The supposed supervisor was rude and said ?not our hair? Rudeness was worse than the hair in the food (Put hair on veggie plate for pic visibility)

Firstly, clean, including the special access bathroom, which is a bit too close to dinning tables/diners. Secondly, welcoming, was good by a slightly flustered person trying to please everyone, e.g., 'just a minute'; 'hellos & welcomes'; goodbyes & thank yous', all in the same breath, in between counting heads of 21, including a few pushchairs. Consensus, probably was short of staff on the 26th Nov. Thirdly, glasses; plates and cutlery clean; large absorbant papernapkin; comfortable seating. Fourthly, foods: great selection of hot and cold foods. Veg Could improved on both the quality and cooking of the white rice, which tasted a bit waterlogged and the egg fried rice lacking flavour. Brocoli stems were firm and tasty as were the mushrooms. Meat The char siu had dried out so it took some chewing and the dry fibres were discreetly deposited in my napkin. Pork ribs, took and tried one piece and that was enough as far too dry. The lamb ribs were my least favourite and went to waste because I took several pieces that turned out to be slippery fatty with stringy sinew that needed rendering down and more spicing for my taste. Meatballs were moist and the sweet sticky sauce tasty. Didn't try the carvery, so can't comment, except via a thirdparty that the bloodied beef were not to their liking. Seafood Excellent in every way and many different dishes to choose! My favourite was the steamed white fish, not sure what type, but it was super delicious . More than compensated for the disappointment of the above. Sushi Bar Oooyes, lots to try and every delicious morsel was savoured, with and without a dab of wasabi Puddings Mine were ice creams, preferred the vanilla, and the canned lychee was a good quality. Consensus: meat dishes need more attention to keep moist in between replenishing. Overall, not bad. Think I'll revisit but for an earlier seating at 12pm. Four stars for choice of cuisine.
