I wanted to complain about a staff member at the store in Oxford?s Westgate. Yesterday afternoon at 4pm, I went to the store and wanted to exchange a coat I purchased the day before. And the staff at the counter wouldn?t let me exchange the coat to a smaller size just because I wore it once. And there?s nothing written on the receipt that you shall not return the item unless it?s in a unsalable condition or it?s either earrings, swimsuits or underwear!I?m very disappointed about the service and I felt I was disadvantaged due to my ethnic minority and gender. I had never thought of this kind of service would ever happen to me by one of my favourite brand and a company who embraced multiculturalism. I really wish this could be changed and to prevent any other customers to experience such treatment.

A firm favourite fashion destination, always my go to when I need something new! Cos always offers high quality with beautifully modern designs, and this store in particular has a nice calm atmosphere with ultra friendly staff.

Feels like a luxury shop. Very neat and tidy but with loads of stock. Changing rooms spacious and clean. Staff is welcoming and helpful without being in your face. Quite the perfect shopping experience.
