Came in today. Snooty blonde, slim, middle aged woman serving....served customer in front politely, would you like a bag etc....when I got served no eye contact, rude, no offer of bag, looked down her nose at me...before you think to judge, a poor person wouldn't be shopping here for a start with your overpriced goods that in my (lower class opinion) mostly the dishes are tasteless and bland. And as for you judging as you did, you're only working as a retail assistant here so who are you to judge.

Friendly staff, large selection of food (including good options for vegans, coeliacs) which is easy enough to prepare (even if you don't have a microwave) and tastes delicious.

We we're given some Cook Gift Vouchers for My 96yo Fathers Birthday, I ordered 5 Meals Delivered when requested by very Friendly Driver, My Opinion on the Meals The Taste is Absolutely Delicious and they are easy to cook and the portion sizes are good except for the Chicken Korma for Nearly £10 it really should come with Rice! Week 2 I have ordered Puddings, Cake and Ice Cream! Even Friendlier Driver and Can't Fault any of the Puddings! I'm not Gluten Free but the GF Brownie is the Best Brownie I've ever tasted!

An extremely unprofessional employee (description large build, ginger hair and beard) thinking it?s perfectly fine to firstly leave a shop (cook summertown) potentially unattended for the 2nd time in two weeks for up 10/15 mins. But to think it?s perfectly fine and acceptable to antagonise, intimidate and forcefully push his phone in multiple market traders personal space for an ?issue? which us market traders have been doing for decades. Yes he has a right to film, but doing it in a forceful way is completely unacceptable!
We have said on many occasions that?s there are managers around wearing hi-viz who if he should feel the need to speak to, he can go to address his concerns .
Moral of this review. Is that if there is an issue which needs addressing, perhaps spend more time trying to resolve an issue instead on causing unnecessary upset, stress and blaming us traders for being responsible for a child death. . Head office needs to address his lack of professionalism and inability to represent Cook in a positive manner.

A lovely selection of delicious looking items and very clean store! Staff were lovely and there were so many choices to choose from! Would love to come back and try their deserts one day :) Also its a wonderful to se they have bigger portions so if you don?t have time to cook for large guests you can come here! Prices were affordable too! Having some daily specials to make it cheaper could be interesting as well.
