I felt like I was treated differently because of my ethnicity.
I ordered four drinks, but one was not charged and made. When I pointed it out, the staff responded it?s not available instead of apologizing. If it wasn?t available, why didn?t they tell me when I placed an order?
Later, I ordered another coffee, and even after waiting a long time, I had to go back to the counter. Only when I returned to the counter again they slowly started making it, while chatting with other customers as if I didn?t matter. The entire experience felt dismissive and passive-aggressive.
I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Their dismissive attitude felt racially motivated.
Very uncomfortable, embarrassing and disappointing experience. I would never recommend this place.

Colombia Coffee has quickly become an Oxford institution in its own right. Possibly the best cappuccino in the country!

I visited twice while on a work trip to Oxford. You always hope to have a local small business like this on your doorstep while travelling!
The coffee is the best I've had for some time. Their avocado toast is evidently made fresh, and the quality shows. I also liked that they were selling local produce such as jams.
It's obviously a well-loved local spot. The shop was bustling, and the staff kept pace really well while taking and making a lot of orders. I loved the atmosphere at Colombia Coffee Roasters.

Grab coffee and food here relatively often as live nearby. Always lovely service, yummy food and fresh selection each day. Delicious coffee and lovely outdoor seating in the sun. Highly recommend.

A little bit of a wait if you want a table in the morning but the coffee doesn't take long even when it's super busy !

It is a wonderful place to have a coffee and enjoy the view. I love to have one of my favourites Italian desserts there: Affogato.
They made one of the best that I?ve had!

If you want overpriced coffee and service without a smile but a pleasing visual aesthetic, look no further. Today I fancied an ice coffee, so, against my better judgement, I thought I would ?treat myself? to a beverage from their Specials board. They had a ?Iced Spanish Latte? for £5, an extra £1.50 than their regular iced latte. So I go to the till in a cheery disposition and ask the lady what makes the Spanish latte different, and she replies flatly ?condensed milk?. That?s it. No ?good morning?, no extra info, and barely any eye contact. At that point I wanted to leave. £1.50 extra for condensed milk? What the heck is Spanish about condensed milk? Every nation on earth has condensed milk and it?s hardly an expensive or premium product? but I was already at the point of sale so the British in me couldn?t simply walk away. So I paid £5 and got my drink shortly after, again from the woman whose customer service skills belong in back of house for sure. The drink itself was literally condensed milk at the bottom and a coffee shot on top with ice. Not mixed together at all and this is the issue with condensed milk it?s sticky thick and sweet so it doesn?t mix easily and as I tried using the straw to mixed it and scrape the condensed milk off the sides of the cup, the paper straw quickly fell apart and my sips of the drink were either bitter coffee or super sickly sweet condensed milk chunks. Only when I got home and could take the straw out and mix with a spoon was it a serviceable drink and even then why? for the love of all things good in the world did I spend £5 on a coffee shot and condensed milk in the first place?
