It was a great exprience. I have lived in Oxford more than 3 years, where the housing market is crazy, and experienced several major housing agencies here. From viewing to contract, College and County has treated me always reasonably and they tried their best to response quickly and kindly to my inquiries and questions. These aspects are nowadays really difficult to find in other agencies in Oxford.

We had a great experience with College and County! They were kind, considerate, communicative, and even worked around me having a dog in the rental property during visits and showings. My flatmate and I needed to terminate our lease early and they worked fast and efficiently to fill the vacancy and we even received our full deposit back! I would definitely recommend them as a letting agency for tenants in Oxford.

In the past, I had really bad (I mean REALLY bad) experiences with letting agencies and like most people renting in Oxford I was very reluctant to rent a flat again via a letting agency.College and County, however, were the absolute best. The Team is so responsive and friendly and warm. I felt really well taken care off and I am a bit sad now that I wont be in touch with them anymore as I have moved on to College owned accommodation.I cannot recommend them more.Meryem

As a hands-on landlord I have worked with the team at C&C on various levels from let-only to full management, with great flexibility from them always accompanied by generous, sensible advice. They take the trouble to get to know their clients and really do go the extra mile. C&C now fully manage our portfolio and it is reassuring to know that the day to day management is taken care of along with the ever increasing compliance. The entire team are straight forward, a pleasure to work with and simply get on with the job with a smile and utmost courtesy.

I am having a horrible experience with college and county. There are several issues with my flat, some of which are very basic like not having heating in the house. For over 6 months, I have been emailing and calling the agency to get these fixed but nothing is being done yet. I would sincerely advise people to not rent through this agency.
