Most staff are not too bad and are helpful. However, there is one older middle-aged Asian (Pakistani ?) man who is totally off-putting, and devoid of any form of politeness. Why they put him on the front till is beyond me!
I know of other people who feel the same.

The manager is incredibly rude, rest of the staff are helpful
Went to drop an evri parcel, he sees me, I then wait at where they want us to wait so they can take it which is in the corner of the shop, after several minutes I go back to the counter and ask the cashier if he could take my item please as it had been a while
He goes and explains to go wait in the corner at the back, I said there is nobody there e
Then from the side of the counter the manager shouts
?Can?t you see I am busy with an engineer!!?
I wasn?t even talking to him and his customer service skills are atrocious and I let him know that. I explained if there is nobody there to take it, you should not send customers there and also you should not ignore them as he knew I was there to give the parcel as he saw me before the engineer arrived. The man is simply lazy and his attitude stinks. A simple word with the engineer in saying, give me 10 seconds to take this parcel would have been appropriate but he lacks customer service and is rude
Even other customers were shocked at his behaviour, should not be in the job. Who shouts at customers randomly ? Get a grip of yourself
The other staff member came, took my parcel and apologised on his managers behalf as he saw what happened.

Can I give minus to this store?
Lovely new digitalised and upgrad to the store. But a business owner should know that in sales the most important element is customer service. Absolutely appalling service from the employees their attitude just says get me out of here I hate being here! And they treat the customers like they are their enemies. Aside from the appalling customer service the self service counters don?t work too well either. Scanning products twice and thrice just if you happen to hold it a second to long bear the barcode scanner. Appalling! Despite the convenient location I will be walking a bit further and shop from the coop on Cherwell drive instead. Appalling!

They keep updating there shop first they upgraded there shop. Then they updated all the price tags to electronic screens and then they open until 10 Pm

Yet again the QR code tech for printing Evri parcel labels is not working. This is an ongoing problem at this coop.

This shop genuinely feels smaller and darker than before the refurb. Not to mention that the check-out is weirdly useless with the conveyor belt leading to the cashier who then piles it onto a tiny 30 cm counter... so the conveyor adds nothing to the flow, just takes up a hilariously large portion of an already cramped store. Some aisles have popular items in areas where everyone bunches up, which makes the problem even worse as everyone is trying to get the same stuff in a cramped part of the shop.It all seems like a manager who had fun buying all the latest displays and tech but didn't bother to think about the customer. It's genuinely not a good store, and yet it has a prime position. It's actually shocking.This really needs someone who understands how to lay out a shop to come in and sort it.It's a really useful store in terms of location. It's just that going there feels like a drudgery rather than a pleasure (which it could easily achieve if layed out nicely). And it's expensive for the privilege... it's definitely a last resort shop.P.s. to add to other reviews, I have also found multiple mouldy products, from all different sections of the shop.

Cancelled my Too good to go orders after I had arrived saying there wasn't any food left for either order. Looking around the shop there obviously was. Assuming they just couldn't be bothered.

Honestly the worst stocked mini supermarket I've ever been into and annoyingly it's my local. Staff are nice enough but my god you'd be lucky to get anything fresh from there. And freezers are always in a state of defrosting or disrepair.N.B. YOU CANNOT TAKE EVRI QR CODES HERE. You can only take EVRI parcels with printed labels here as they do not have a QR scanner.

Upgrade very recently. Now it looks much nicer, and the fresh food is now kept in much better conditions.
