I recently visited this store to purchase items for an event, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. One of the young staff members was unhelpful and rude, which led me to leave the store and make my purchase online instead.
I was much happier with my online shopping experience, which offered a wider variety of items and saved me a significant amount of time.
I believe that the lack of assistance and poor customer service I encountered may drive other customers to shop online as well. Based on this experience, I regret to say that I cannot recommend this store to others and will not be making any future purchases here.

Rude people.
Staff won?t let you choose your cards because they?re selling out due to seasonal thank you cards.
All I was given was from a pack she picked for me. And won?t allow me to take the cards I want out of frustrations my children had to give cards to their teachers I had no choice but to pay for what I was offered because I had no time to go somewhere else due to traffic. This behaviour is awful.

I recently visited this store and had a disappointing experience. The staff members were unhelpful and quite rude, making the shopping experience unpleasant. Despite the variety of products available, the lack of assistance and poor customer service overshadowed any positives. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this store to others.

only 3 stars because it?s convenient to get a balloon, the older woman in glasses and younger blond girl were gossiping about their coworkers while customers were in the shop
