Standard Caffè Nero. The drinks and food were nice.
However, it is very inaccessible to make guests ask for a key to use the bathroom and it is sad to see this Nero does that. Shame.

Coffee was ok - standard Nero, but there was no atmosphere, little interaction and the toilet was just grubby. You need a key, which is attached to a milk jug. Hardly hygienic when you have to depend on the previous user having washed their hands!

Extremely inefficient staff. Very very slow service at an off-peak time. Seems the two staff on shift are either clearly trainee or just clueless. The girl keeps hiding when one or two people walk in. Customers walking out!!

I love this chain but the pastries were not as good as at other Caffè Nero. Too dry. The service is perfect otherwise
