Waiting 20mins just for 4 plain hamburgers and 2 plain cheeseburgers with 2 large fries, got home they didn't put the 2 cheeseburgers in. Absolutely useless.

Edit: After 35 min wait we received the order but with missing order.
Visited twice in the last 4 monts, I thought they were understaffed the first time so gave them another chance but today was even worse - over 30 min wait for a two classic burgers (eat in). Not a single staff member clearing the tables - floor is literally covered in food, bins are overflowing. Drink machine wasn't working, only still Fanta (???) was available.

Paying for bbq saude and then waiting 10 mins for it is a joke. The drinks are out of the ug machine but there's no dr pepper anymore. Frankly it's not worth the money.

This review only relates to the drive through option as I had 2 terrible experiences.
First time that I used the drive through some months ago, when I got home, I realised that some items were missing and others were not registered correctly. Nothing I could do then...
This second time, last Saturday, after finishing the transaction on the drive through, to my surprise I was asked to go and wait in the car park. I waited for about 10 minutes, then went inside to check on my order - without any order number or reference. When one of the staff members came out to deliver drive throughs in the car park, I asked about my order, and she told me she didn't have it yet. To my surprise, she goes to my car and proceeds to deliver the bag to my wife. I was fuming. Turns out, one of the items was incorrectly registered. When I opened the bad and gave the burger to my wife, we realised that they did not pack the correct burger. We had 2 burgers, 1 each, and none was what we asked for.
Absolutely ridiculous.
When ordering on drive through, there MUST be a screen for the customer to see what is being registered. With the loud noises and with staff multitasking, it's guaranteed that mistakes will happen.
Secondly, if there is a large number of orders and you can't process drive through properly, just close it temporarily and people will go in and take out.

I ordered Memphis burger king and received bacon double cheeseburger X at about 7:15pm yesterday . The delivery address was also not given to the driver. I got my order and hour late. Always mixing up my orders. Very poor service.
