The worst pharmacy I?ve ever been to. A place of last resort. Boots? replies to other bad reviews have not been followed up with action as far as I can see. This place needs new management.

A really unhelpful and uninformed pharmacy team who don?t appear to be at all familiar with the sparse range of products they do have available.
After initially being advised that the pharmacist was out on lunch, I was told very rudely and dismissively by the same staff member on my return a few hours later, that ?no medication of the sort exists in the uk? and that I should go to A&E. The pharmacist did nothing to intervene or advise otherwise despite standing unengaged next to us.
A simple Google search showed me that not only does said medication exist in many forms, but that they stocked some of it in the store.
Another very helpful staff member helped me locate the medication, and the staff member behind the counter said simply, ?well it must be new then? when I pointed it out.
New or not, if customers need to research their own medication and find out what variants are available in store before going to a pharmacy, then what?s the point of the staff at all? A computer could have and in fact did dispense advice faster, more accurately and infinitely more professionally than the staff in store.

Probably the least helpful pharmacy and store l have ever come across. Exceptionally rude and unhelpful pharmacists, long queues, empty shelves. Avoid, Medipill next door are so much nicer.

Friday 17.30 and they are closed... Google says closing time is 18.00. And they have a lunch break where you cannot get any prescription medication...
Not the best service, I would say...

After rude service in a near by pharmacy, I decided to try Boots.
What a difference!
I spoke to a pharmacist, who got me to take a seat while she checked if my medication was in stock. 1 item was short and we arranged to collect the next day.
By the time I got home I had a message to say they had ordered the pills. Today I received a message to say I could collect the medication.
How fantastic to find a pleasant person, does exactly what she said she would do, thank you!

Pharmacy team rude and incompetent. Have been trying to get a prescription made on online doctor. They informed me they do not have it in stock despite accepting it. And now can not be bothered to answer their phones to cancel the order and give me a refund. I spoke to the pharmacist once and she did not know what she was doing and was extremely rude

The cashier at the front was very friendly, but I was quite struck by how rude the pharmacists today were to the customers waiting. Very patronising and putting a sign in front of someone standing to be seen and generally making passive aggressive comments. I wasn't even there for a prescription or involved, but wanted to note how rude the two women were to their customers today.
Also completely agree with another reviewer about empty shelves. Hardly any stock to choose from.

Yet again a terrible experience. Not only do they never have my prescription, but they also charged me again for something I?ve paid for. The manager seemed so kind and patient and once I had dealt with her I felt okay. That was until the pharmacist piped up and decided to come over and patronise me. I cannot believe the was she spoke to me, as a human being, and as a customer - in front of everyone else waiting. I felt humiliated and embarrassed and of course it turned out I was never in the wrong and it was their error (shock) but still not resolved - nor an apology for her attitude. I have walked away paying twice, being belittled and hoping to never have to return. I would rather drive further out to a respectable pharmacy that cares about their customers than have to interact with that ignorant pharmacist once more.
In addition it?s worth noting the online doctor service is extremely poor. The prescriptions are rarely dispatched and after numerous visits to the pharmacy for something that has never been sent I have wasted time and put my health at risk in the process.
Horrendous service across the board.

Never felt more ignored in my life. Empty shelfs not any help to find an item. When finally the lady was not busy (the one from till( she treated me like stupid. She never even saw the picture of what I was looking for. Then I came back and asked again. She said oh we must not have that on stock. I looked before coming to this pharmacy if it was on stock, so internet page then should be wrong? My item was there but people would not mind reading of what I was looking for. So depressive experience, will never go back

Getting your prescription at this branch is like watching the ages unfold in planetary time: they are inexpressibly slow. The queue just doesn?t move. What are they even doing back there?! ?
