Ordered photos to be printed here, specifically as they offered same day printing. Got to the store and the photo printing machine has been broken for ages apparently but noone updated the website and staff were uninterested in resolving this. Called up and they can't transfer for printing elsewhere, the order just gets cancelled, so I wasted hours aligning hundreds of photos.

Just one self-service till would improve this store no end! You always have to wait ages to be served and the staff don't even acknowledge that you're waiting.

The worst Boots in the country? Tired, scruffy, understocked. Staff always seem wholly uninterested in serving customers. If you can buy the thing you want somewhere else, do.

This shop is basically just a pharmacy
They never have any staff on tills
Back of shop is empty just cages and rubbish
No atmosphere,maybe some music might help

Terrible customer service. Called the pharmacy beforehand to check if my prescription was available. They said it was all ready to collect. So I went and waited 20 mins to collect. The person before me got tired of waiting and left. When I went to the counter to ask why it was taking so long, she just said it?s coming soon. They were doing other things behind the counter instead of taking care of the few customers (there was only 1 other person besides me) that were waiting on prescriptions. The girl who I was dealing with then made some rude comment about how everyone was bothering the pharmacist for ?no good reason?. It shows no respect for other people?s time. I don?t usually write these reviews but given that this is a persistent issue with this pharmacy, I thought I would. Some of the staff is rude and inconsiderate. If there was another pharmacy around this area I would go there

A shameful excuse for a shop, you could be forgiven for believing that they did not want to sell anything in there as the employees were hostile and unhelpful, seeking to get potential customers out of the shop as quickly as possible without having to do any work themselves. Don't bother going, if you can't find what you need from there poorly stocked shelves then they'll certainly not help you find it themselves, best to find another shop.

Went books today and it was very disappointing,the lady in the counter(Tracy) was very rude,I just wanted to use my boots card to enjoy the offer but my card was expired which I understand that can not be used I have requested her another card and she told me they did not have it,I have asked what could be done,and she told me in the end I could go to the boots app,so I downloaded the app and registered myself again but it was not working and I have asked for her help and she told me it was not working and she couldn?t do nothing when I asked har if there was someone else that could help
With that she got crossed and start to should saying I was l rude to her which o believe I did not because I have just asked if someone else could sort it out ,apparently she did not like and shouted ,it was very uncomfortable store was full and I felt quite uncomfortable with the situation,I colleague came and offered to sort it out but I was out of time to stay ,in the end I left without my discount that was supposed to be for the clients and mistreat by the staff,I will go back

The pharmacy never has enough personnel. The shop does not have much in it. The photo machine is broken 90% of the time. If you have a full-time job, you can?t shop here as the opening hours are useless. Do not recommend.

was here the other day to pick up my item. Was at the counter and told the staff - 2 girls that I wish to pick up my item. The two girls at the counter were like "We're in the middle of something" , which i think was plain rude and not even direct me where to go, or who to ask.. Boots should train all those Gen Z's staff cause most of them just have no manners at all. .

Terrible experience with the flu vaccine service. Arrived to the appointment to find the temporary 'vaccine centre' seemingly closed with empty boxes and waste on the floor. Approached the pharmacy to let them know that I was there for a vaccine appointment only to have to wait for the pharmacists to stop gossiping and laughing before they would talk to me. I was then told that they had run out of vaccines, but not offered an apology, or told that they had been trying to get hold of me to let me know that the appointment was cancelled (since they did indeed have my full details listed for the appointment). As I was leaving, a third pharmacist/clinician appeared to say that had 'found' some more vaccines at another branch and I could have the vaccine after all. *Incredibly* poor communication between staff. Finally, when I did have the vaccination, the clinician asked if there was 'anything wrong with my arm' after he hit something solid and had to reattempt the vaccine. He then asked me to please not leave a bad review. Absolutely appalling service, the store was quiet, there was no excuse for the behaviour of the pharmacists or poor professionalism of the clinician
