Rude and aggressive male pharmacist. Ageism and racism towards a simple question about paid/unpaid prescription. Super impatient and aggressive when asked how long the store keeps the prescription. This happened yesterday around 7:50 pm, male pharmacist with white shirt. Please investigate and manage your basic service quality, it?s rather disgusting ?
This poor male must be in very abusive relationships or extreme incapable to behave like that.

I popped into Boots to check out the new Huda Beauty drop and get colour matched for a concealer, and I was lucky enough to be helped by Abigail. She was absolutely amazing ? so knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about makeup! She walked me through the entire new Huda collection, helped me pick out the perfect shades, and colour matched my concealer with such care. She even took the time to show me some of her personal favourite products, which made the whole experience really fun and engaging. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and loves what she does. Thank you, Abigail ? you made my day!

Wanted a couple of items in the store.
Lots of staff which is unusual nowadays.
Needed the pharmacy section upstairs.
Reasonably well stocked but shocking staff.
Trying to find someone to pay for the goods was an ordeal
Very snotty middle-aged lady behind the pharmacy counter and eventually a male did pickup a position behind the till.
Be more welcoming and courteous to your customers...or you will not have any.

Went to boots today, passed few times through the section for a product and was ignored by two ladies called Sam&Georgitte.
Went back to section, georgitte was free I ask her for help she was doing nothing, she looks at me straight in the eye and doesn't respond. I asked then Sam, she gives me a rude response to go ask someone else and turns her back.

Their pharmacy is incredibly disorganised, nothing is ever sorted or ready. Be prepared to wait many days for basic prescriptions.Their cosmetic staff downstairs on the other hand are fab!!

Amazing and huge shop of this chain. Has everything from toothbrush, toothpaste, travel toiletries, hair products, shower products, makeup, facials, food, shaving products etc. On the second floor you can find optician and pharmacy. Just notice the escalator up and down are placed in the opposite sides. Staff were very helpful.

The service is really bad , I was waiting around 10 minutest to purchase beauty products from Chanel and Dior , no one really bothered and ignored me . I am regular customer and it was really bad experience . The ladies were busy doing makeup for themself instead take care of the customer . I want coming back ?.

Review for Sandra(No7 counter)I walked into store and just said 'i need some help' Sandra listened to my concerns and asked lots of questions about what I'd tried before and my previous experiences. Sandra colour matched me and we went through the best colour match. Incidentally, I've been colour matched before at 3 different boots stores, and have never experienced such a great service. Thank you Sandra, if I lived locally, you'd be me 'go-to'. I now know what my actual colour match is! Thank you for taking the time and looking after me so we'll!!

I asked a member of the staff if I could use the toilet and he told me that the manager does not allow them to let anyone other than the staff, in the end he let me go to the toilet, I asked several times to speak to the manager and I was told that I couldn't find her so I continued my shoping, at the end of the shoping I managed to find the manager and ask I asked if I could use the toilet, she said no it is functional and in a more disturbing manner he told me that it is not a public toilet and sent me to the mc donaldI think that's how they behave with pregnant women and not onlyI'm honestly disgusted
