I'm not sure what they made room for but the Walkers crisps flavours seemed to take the brunt of it as now they only stock the 4 main flavours.

Absolutely terrible service from Bookers Cash & Carry UK. For over 5 years we?ve made it crystal clear that deliveries must be between 11 am and 12 pm. Instead, they consistently turn up during our busiest hours after 1 pm, causing chaos. We?ve had to keep extra staff waiting around just to take deliveries whenever they decide to show up.
We?ve raised this issue countless times and keep getting the same excuse ?sometimes it?s 1 pm, mostly after 11 am? yet they keep doing the exact opposite. At this point, I?m starting to believe they?re doing it deliberately.
We spend a huge amount with them every week and this is how we?re treated? Absolutely useless. Enough is enough ? time to look for another supplier!!!

Male staff are nicer and more welcoming than the women staff, very odd but this is what ive come to realise after many trips to booker.

Service bad ?, I believe they don't have operational system properly. no warm welcome by the main entrance, staff on the phone or gossip, suppose to officers or introduce to the customer your promotional officers. Health and safety advice advice. Repetition area not presentable There's no up selling Service providing by the main entrance.
Secondly if you want to buy a tobacco product it's take 25 minutes. Used to be a bell Service now nothing, all staff hanging around looking there face each other's.
There's no SOP system how to open the store when you decide to pay cash staff don't know where is the cash flow or struggling with flot is not ready for customer service.
Why staff allowed to Used mobile phones ? it's should be nor allowed while you're working. Staff went to toilet to make call on their own country and you have to wait for cigarettes.

Most of the staff are nice but some of them are quite rude for some reason. Some of them help as well and u can find most of the stuff.
