Our experience at Bensons was excellent. We came in with the rather unlikely goal of finding a new mattress that we could take home the very same day - and we did, thanks to Christelle. Her advice and guidance were absolutely spot on. She was not only kind and welcoming, but also incredibly efficient. Thanks to her, we left with our new mattress and we couldn?t be more satisfied. Was completely ignored when I went in on Thursday 29.05.25 at 16.00, and saw people gather around the desk whilst two children were allowed to jump up and down on the mattress. I loitered around to see if anyone would acknowledge my existence but was ignored so I left and bensons lost a sale!! Disgusting

Great all-round experience from Bensons for Beds. The young man in the showroom was exceptionally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about your products and helped us to find exactly what we needed. The delivery team were also very polite, friendly and helpful and took great care taking the beds upstairs in our home.

Went in and spoke with Max. He was able to quickly assess what I was looking for a bed and showed me an option he thought I would like. Tried every single bed in the store and elsewhere and the first one Max took me to was the one I ended up buying. Great knowledge and customer service; happy customer.

On my last order I did have a bad experience but I felt better for bed looked after me done the right thing and sorted the issue out which is why I came back to the store this time to buy another mattress as I feel they looked after their customers which nowadays there's not a lot of companies that will do this. I found the sales person to be helpful polite and gave me all the information I need.
