Visited Bella Italia in Oxford. Very warm welcome as we stepped in. Helen was very professional and helpful. My wife has GF intolerance and showed to us how the allergies list works with the QR code. We really appreciated taking time with us as the restaurant was busy. Drinks arrived promptly and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you, we will be back.

I would never go back. We went without a reservation, and even though the place wasn?t full, they told us they would do their best and that we had to wait 10 minutes, so I assumed the tables were reserved. After a while, they gave us the worst table in the restaurant?very uncomfortable and with a view of a small window into the kitchen. Every time a dish was ready, they turned on a light that blinded us. I also discovered that they don?t cook the pasta fresh; they use frozen pasta. When we finished dinner, the restaurant was even emptier than when we arrived, so the decision to seat us at that awful table wasn?t due to logistics or reservations. The only saving grace was the waitress who served us?she was lovely.
