I just want to say a huge thank you to Ann at Barclays for the outstanding service she provided. I had to make a CHAPS payment for a house deposit ? a stressful situation to say the least ? but Ann went above and beyond to support me through it.
Her professionalism and attention to detail were second to none, but what really stood out was her empathy and kindness. She took the time to explain everything clearly, reassured me at every step, and turned what could have been an overwhelming day into a calm and smooth experience.
Customer service like this is rare, and I honestly walked away feeling cared for as a person, not just as a customer. Thank you, Ann, for making such a big difference on such an important day!
