Never answer the phone. Most of the time they say there yodel drop off machine isn’t working and on the odd occasion when it is working they cannot give me a receipt so now I have no proof of postage

Refused to take a medium size parcel. Lady lied the scanner doesn’t work but she accepted another customer’s parcel.
