Its the worst place i have ever been , staff very rude and lots of queue for entering than after there?s not even a space to move , and expensive for the service ( if you just pay enterance and just one drink thats the price but i always paid more somehow , i never suggest anyone this place , people were very rude i was very upset and not fun at all !

If I could do a zero star I bloody would you know. Even 1 star is being nice if your thinking of going here please don't it's a waste of money and the djs are worse and the security are untrained and unprofessional In this line of work.When in contact with the manager of there social media account all I receive back was negative and abusive reply back and then to get blocked.

The workers tried to cheat me out of my money. They need to get fired . He acted as if he didn?t remember me when he clearly did. He had glasses and the girl was even worse when she saw the transactions on my card she still denied that I paid for it . Which made me extremely mad. She could clearly see that I paid for it and proceeded to tell me know i didn?t like I was an idiot. I feel like they should be punished or something because I was one of the only black girl?s to do that. They don?t take the jacket unless you pay for it so it was bizarre to me . I then had to pay for it again ?.

my friend was in a bad state, and instead of being taken to the medic room we were dragged to the curb my friend was lying in my lap one of the bouncers kept shouting and speaking to me in a threatening manner saying dont tell him how to do his job, he then called the police over to drag us down the road away from the club and left us there they refused to let us get a taxi or a bus and said we had to get picked up after one of them stayed with us and watch me fail to get us picked up after 1h30 minutes he said we could finally get a taxi. Its a good club shame the staff have ruined it on too many occasions

Really hostile and rude staff. Every time I went in the toilet a member of staff would peer over the cubicle! I tried complaining to them saying that it is a complete breach of privacy but was only met with shouting and threats. They argued because it was a woman it was okay to do, which it absolutely is not and I?m not even sure it is legal to do that. I understand needing to regulate drugs use and other matters, however there are better alternatives than spying people, which they don?t even ask to look or let you know if they are you just look up and see them looking down at you.

Worst treatment i have received from a club. I bought 2 tickets entry before 11:30 with a drink, we got there on time, lady scanned our tickets and we went through to the bar where we tried to redeem our drinks, lad on the bar said we need a card which was not given to us by the lady on the desk, we went back to the front desk to get the card, the lady said our tickets are invalid and we never received a card nor the drinks.Furthermore, my boyfriend wasn?t feeling well in which we were taken out by security/first aid and the owner to sit him down somewhere where they have left me by myself with him on the side of the street without asking or having concern as to how we will be getting back home. I will admit there was a lovely security inside who gave me a bottle water but that?s about all the help they gave us.After being dumped on the side of the street, I went back to ask if I can use the toilet, the security were ignoring me and many people around me asking for help, he was being very rude and dismissing me, he then denied me from coming back inside although I bought a ticket and had a stamp on my hand, he then proceeded to ignorantly tell me I shouldn?t of come outside. I was asking if a security guard could stay with my boyfriend while I go to find a bathroom else where as he was very sick and helpless I couldn?t leave him by himself, I got completely brushed off absolutely zero help or concern from the club despite being a customer. I had to ask a random girl who was nice enough to stay with him while I went to the bathroom in a restaurant.This was very disappointing because prior to this incident I have been to Atik before and it was always a thrill but after the way I?ve been treated I don?t see myself going back there ever again.

Prisoner experience! They search my bag for 10 minutes with me waiting there looking at them messing around with every single items...Bought the ticket and in for one minute and out as they refused my friend's entrance eventhough they already took away what they want to smoke for themselve. Promised me a refund for the ticket but it has been now more than two weeks with multiple emails exchange and I have already provided all the details they need for a refund.The worse experience in my life, being treated worse than a prisonner when you just want a night out of stress! Oxford Council should shut them down!

Towny club. Main recommendation is to wear a body cam when dealing with the bouncers as they are from another time.+ve Pretty handy for the cheesy chips truck hence two stars.

I made a complaint raising a serious concern and was never responded to. They just auto-reply to reviews to make it look like they care but then don't reply to you.
