Not my first time here, but always a great one. There is consistency in the quality of the food, in the staff friendliness. The art exposed on the wall makes the atmosphere even better. It would be nice to have water jars on all floors (as there are 3 floors and it is self service).
The attention to vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options is second to none

Terrible crepe, solid hard, kids struggled to cut through it, strawberries and bananas were unfresh, nuttela was burnt! What a waste of money

The staff are fantastic, so helpful and welcoming. The gluten free options are plenty and the food is brilliant. One of my go to places when visiting Oxford!

The most underrated cafe in Oxford. The food and service is exceptional.
There are some lovely cafes in Oxford, some very popular and some highly favoured - but NONE beat The Art Cafe - I ordered a Team Lunch for 32 people today and every single person was impressed with their meal. Not only is the food AMAZING and I honestly do not think you will find a better chicken Caesar anywhere else in Oxford - the service and help with ordering and executing this meal was exceptional - I eat here when I am not working and I also organise a weekly team lunch from a variety of eating establishments in oxford and thought this was the perfect place to order from, I was not wrong. Thank you to all of you! Keep up the good work.

Had the caesar salad. It was okay.
They use mesclun greens instead of romaine lettuce so it doesn?t have the usual crisp bite to it. The croutons and chicken were good though.
