Just got them done the other day and it already looks ingrown.The nails havent been done the best and the workers werent very nice.

Really bad customer service. They kept talking in their language and laughing about my nails which I usually don?t mind but they were just rude. The gel off my nails literally pealed off the next day after a shower so it wasn?t even dry. Nail shape is ok but they overcharged me for not being able to do the nail design i requested after 3 trys and gave up and charged me an extra £5 with no explanation. Really really disappointed.

Cheap price but take over an hour for infills and I had my nails done 2 days and one has fallen off and tried to call and can?t get hold of anyone

The nails they do here are literally the best I?ve ever had. I?ve been to loads of different salons even worldwide, and the nails they do here last the longest and look the best. The affordable price means you ain?t paying for the conversation,Manners or a fancy looking salon, so don?t expect anything luxurious. But they do the best job for a crazy good price.

The tools are not sterilized - they use the same cuticle nippers on multiple clients. The gel polish started peeling off after a week, every time I got it done. When done properly and with good polish it can last even 3 weeks. The led lamp was too hot and they said it?s supposed to burn you a bit or otherwise the gel won?t harden (but that?s not true in other salons). They pressed the drill bit too hard while removing my previous gel and hurt my nails. Overall, the vibe is pretty bad. I walked in once and two nail technicians were basically fighting over who would do my nails, it put me in an awkward position as I had to choose what chair to sit in. Also, many times they start doing your nails and then get up to do someone else?s and another technician comes over to finish the work on yours. It?s very chaotic.Service: Manicure

Extremely long waiting even when you?re being served. Rough handed. Rude. Left me to serve another customer for a very long time. They did not come back to me. Had to ask for basics like cuticle oil and moisturiser. Very disappointed by the whole thing.

I would never recommend this place. All of my fingers are bleeding. They do not go by what you would like. Absolutely horrible, not only do they talk about you in their own language, they also ask very personal questions which is very uncomfortable. Please avoid if you can.Service: Manicure
