The worst stocked Aldi I've been to on Oxfordshire:
No sun dried tomatoes.
No dried fruit (prunes or dates).
No 'finest' soups.
No tinned mackerel or pilchard.
This was Thursday morning.
No excuses.

I came in to grab a few items last minute 10 minutes before the shop closed. When we came to pay my mother needed to use the physical till as she requires the assistance of the workers as she struggles due to sight impairments. However, a staff member on the night shift was very u professional insisting we use the self checkout as ?0f course they wouldn?t have a till open as it?s 2 to 10, what do you expect?? She then began to scoff in our faces and then gather with 2 other staff members and gossip between each other as me and another customer were taking to long to checkout out and they wanted to go home. Honestly the work experience i have had in this aldi as i go here often and didn?t expect such poor customer service.
