Oxford westgate staff with dark hair and glasses was rude, felt just because I brought sale stuff they didn’t have to show an ounce of customer service. Wanted to return something after it was put in the wrong place and therefore the wrong price, said she wouldn’t let me because the tills are old. It’s 2025??

was helped by phoebe today and she was actually so amazing! super helpful and honestly can’t thank her enough for making it less stressful for my friend! jess was also amazing, great customer service from the both of them! easy 5 stars

Got ears pierced by QUEEN phoebe today- literally so lovely and funny- her colleague Jessie at the till was also amazing- would def recommend to anyone!!!!
